Course features 6 wine samples, along with notes and educational information - as well as palate cleansers (bread, cheese, fruit, olives, antipasto, and more to complement).

If you are new to wine -- or simply want to enhance your current wine knowledge -- this class is for you.

The Wine Cellars' Wine101 Courses are small, intimate and most certainly NOT daunting - roundtable styled discussions about wine.  We believe that learning about wines should be hands on (or taste on) and fun.

Wine 101 covers everything from the world's greatest wine grapes to wine regions plus buying, ordering or serving wine.  We cover a variety of topics, while tasting and enjoying an honest and open discussion about wine.  During our Wine 101 Course, our interactive methods will have you expanding your wine knowledge AND your palate. It represents a singular view of wine education - and it's all based on discovering your personal wine enjoyment.
